Hi, I’m Victoria! I am so excited to meet you, and grow with you on your journey to wellbeing, self love and self discovery.

Yoga found me when I was a young teen. Battling stress and anxiety, yoga helped me through some of the hardest times I have ever experienced. Yoga took me out of my mind, and into my body. Exactly where I needed to be. I instantly fell in love with the practice, and quickly realized I needed to do my teacher training to become an instructor, and show those who are battling mental illness all of the positive benefits, as well as reap all of the amazing physical benefits.

It is my goal and passion in life to inspire, and make everyone feel the best they possibly can in their bodies, and learn that life can truly change in a wonderful way with a regular movement and meditation practice.

Cassandra Carpino

Cassandra Carpino

Cassandra is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, who fell in love with yoga over 10 years ago while rehabilitating from an injury. With a background in dance and kinesiology, she completed her 250hr yoga teacher training at Yoga Tree studios and her 500hr training with Yoga Medicine. Cassandra's classes are focused on correct alignment, creativity, and self-awareness.
Gordana Ljuboje

Gordana Ljuboje

Gordana is a yogini and yoga instructor who is passionate about helping people tap into the powerful energy that surrounds us all. She has been on a lifelong quest for health and balance. She started teaching yoga in 2010. Gordana's classes are geared towards building a connection between all the elements, of mindful movement, conscious breathing and meditation.

Demi Lykos

Demi is an experienced fitness and pilates instructor who loves helping others feel their best throughout movement. Demi’s pilates class has a contemporary twist, combining elements of resistance training, cardio, and flexibility into one burn.
Aleks Markova

Aleks Markova

Aleks is a 280hr certified YTT instructor specialized in vinyasa free flows and relaxing yin yoga. With a Bsc in Biology and background in physiotherapy she aims to find the safest transitions accessible to all yet still tap into parts and movements you thought you never had!
Allexa Schabel

Allexa Schabel

Allexa is a certified reformer and mat pilates instructor graduating at Breathe Education. She has trained since the age of 2 as a dancer, graduated post secondary dance, and has taught it for over 10 years. Incorporating her knowledge and skill, Allexa provides a balanced class of strength, flexibility, endurance and range of motion. Allexa values every person that shows up and celebrates their small wins.
Yolanda

Yolanda

Yolanda found her passion for Pilates after years of experimenting with all sorts of fitness activities, and finally discovered something that is low impact, yet provides great results. She got her mat certificate from body harmonics, and reformer from Stott. Her class will be combining the classic Joseph Pilates approach, with a modern twist. Come join her class to be the best version of yourself!
Eric Dermentszis

Eric Dermentszis

Starting his yoga journey in 2013, Eric stepped on to his yoga mat and began his passion for fitness, wellness and healing, and, he knew it would continue to grow. When coming to Eric's classes expect it to not only be a workout session for the body, but a healing session for the mind as well. Eric likes to add creative and unique ways to make the poses he teaches fluid and graceful.
